Results: term quite different from those preterm patients; 55% showed normal minimal changes on MR, whereas 90.7% 43 children had periventricular leucomalacia. deep cerebral white matter most frequently involved site. The transcriptome analysis of injured Xenopus laevis tadpole and mice suggested that Neurod4L.S., a basic-helix-loop-helix transcription factor, was the most promising factor to exert neuroregeneration after spinal cord injury (SCI) in mammals. We generated pseudotyped retroviral vector with neurotropic lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) envelope deliver murine Neurod4 undergoing SCI. SCI induced ependymal cells neural stem (NSCs) central canal. LCMV envelope-based pseudotypedvector...

There have been few clinical studies in the area of cervical spine that focused on surgery for treating degenerative lumbar disease patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). High rates wound complications and instrumentation failure reported more RA than non-RA patients, although outcomes are similar between two groups. Lumbar canal stenosis is caused not only by degeneration but also RA-related spondylitis, which includes facet inflammation around vertebral endplate. The pitfalls surgical...

We experienced a case of carotid free-floating thrombus treated by ultrasonography-guided endovascular approach. A 63-year-old man was brought to our hospital with the chief complaint sudden onset left hemiplegia. MRI revealed acute infarction right MCA territory due M1 occlusion. Carotid ultrasonography showed pedunculated, polypoid mobile plaque floating cardiac beat. attempted treatment. Described herein is the case of an 8‐year‐old boy who developed a hepatic nodular lesion after having received anti‐neoplastic therapy for nephroblastoma. Histological examination excised specimen indicated disordered arrangement components with hemangioma‐like features. This was diagnosed as variant focal hyperplasia. It speculated that this late complication treatment nephroblastoma and might develop from congenital malformative area liver.
