Colorectal cancer (CRC), which frequently metastasizes to the liver, is one of three leading causes cancer-related deaths worldwide. Growing evidence suggests that a subset cells exists among stem cells. This distinct subpopulation thought contribute liver metastasis; however, it has not been fully explored in CRC yet.Flow cytometry analysis was performed detect subsets with CD133 and CXCR4 markers human primary metastatic tissues. The 'stemness' capacities different subpopulations derived...

Deuteration has found important applications in synthetic chemistry especially for pharmaceutical developments. However, conventional deuteration methods using transition-metal catalysts or strong bases generally involve harsh reaction conditions, expensive deuterium source, insufficient efficiency, and poor selectivity. Herein, we report an efficient visible-light-driven dehalogenative of organic halides plasmonic Au/CdS as photocatalyst D2O donor. Electron transfer from Au to CdS, which...

Abstract Hepatic metastasis is the leading cause of mortality colon cancer, which still lack an effective therapy. A new delivery system, pluronic P85 block copolymers, conveying chemotherapeutic agent 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) for inhibiting growth and cancer was designed developed. In this study, we demonstrated that 5-Fu produce strong pesticide effect at lower doses in present compared with control groups. The migration invasion HCT116 cells RKO were examined results showed capacities...

Sevoflurane postconditioning has been shown to provide neuroprotection against cerebral hypoxia-ischemia injury, but the mechanisms remain elusive. Microtubule-associated protein 2 (MAP2) is implicated in early neuronal injury. This study aimed investigate whether neuroprotective effects of sevoflurane are related Akt/GSK-3β pathway and its downstream target MAP2 zebrafish hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) model. or GSK-3β inhibitor TDZD-8 were used treat H/R zebrafish. A nickel-catalyzed enantioselective transfer hydrogenation and deuteration of N-sulfonyl imines was developed. Excellent α-selectivity high deuterium content were achieved by using inexpensive 2-propanol-d8 as a source. As highlight, no β-C-H the remote C-H amines occurred, which is hard to achieve other or hydrogen isotope exchange with D2O. Mechanism studies indicated stepwise pathway through [Ni-D] intermediate.

Although chemotherapy plays a vital role in treating non‐Hodgkin lymphomas, the clinical applications are limited because of intolerable side‐effects and multidrug resistance at beginning or during course therapy. In this study, we successfully fabricated CD 20‐targeting immuno‐liposome based on 1,2‐bis(10,12‐tricosadiynoyl)‐sn‐glycero‐3‐phosphocholine ( DC ‐8,9 PC ), which can form intermolecular cross‐linking through diacetylenic group by ultraviolet irradiation. This showed appropriate...

Abstract Background: The pharmacokinetic and clinical behaviors of many proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) in peptic ulcer treatment are altered by CYP2C19 genetic polymorphisms. This non-inferiority study evaluated the efficacy safety novel PPI anaprazole compared with rabeprazole. We also explored influence Helicobacter pylori ( H. ) infection status polymorphism on anaprazole. Methods: In this multicenter, randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, positive-drug parallel-controlled, phase III...
