Abstract A synthetic protocol was developed to synthesize highly functionalized 3‐furylmethyl chromones from enynones and o ‐hydroxyphenyl enaminones via silver‐catalyzed cascade bis‐heteroannulation reaction. This strategy features broad substrate scope good functional group tolerance. Furthermore, the chromone skeleton shows potential application value through further gram‐scale synthesis derivatization.

Alzheimer's disease is a common neurodegenerative disease, and patients with early-onset (onset age < 65 years) often have atypical symptoms, which are easily misdiagnosed missed. Multimodality neuroimaging has become an important diagnostic follow-up method for AD its non-invasive quantitative advantages. We report case of 59-year-old female diagnosis depression at the 50 after 46-year-old onset 9-year observation, who developed cognitive dysfunction manifested by memory loss disorientation...

Intelligently responsive nanoparticles can improve insecticidal activity against target organisms and reduce the use of pesticides in agriculture. In this study, enzymatic hydrolysis lignin (EHL) nanocarriers with enzyme responsiveness were successfully prepared by electrostatic interaction, abamectin (Abm)-loaded EHL-based (Abm@L-CL) investigated. The release behavior Abm@L-CL showed that Abm was released rapidly presence cellulase pectinase but slowly under natural conditions. treatment...

Pathological and neuroimaging alterations in the cerebellum of Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients have been documented. However, role cerebellum-derived radiomic structural connectome modeling prediction AD progression remains unclear. Radiomic features were extracted from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) dataset (n = 1319) an in-house 308). Integrated machine learning models developed to predict conversion risk normal cognition (NC) mild cognitive...

An efficient AgNO3‐catalyzed regio‐selective bis‐heteroannulation of o‐hydroxyphenyl enaminones with yne‐enones for the synthesis highly functionalized 3‐(furan‐3‐ylmethyl) chromones has been developed. The protocol enables simultaneous construction chromone and furan skeleton in one‐step cascade reaction. Furthermore, high easily accessible starting materials, regioselectivity, room temperature, good to excellent yields, broad substituent tolerance, further gram‐scale derivatization make...

Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is an endocrine disruptor that may cause damage to several species. Quercetin (Que), a common flavonoid, has anti-inflammation, antioxidation, and immune regulation properties. In this study, we identified DEHP-exposed or Que-antagonist groups in chicken MSB-1 cells explore whether Que can mitigate DEHP-caused bursa of Fabricius pyroptosis necroptosis. The findings demonstrated reduced the expression necroptosis pyroptosis, inhibited mitogen-activated...
