The combined effects of terbinafine with itraconazole and amphotericin B against Cladophialophora carrionii, Phialophora verrucosa Fonsecaea pedrosoi were evaluated in vitro by the checker-board method expressed as a fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC) index.
