ETS transcription factors play important roles in tumor cell invasion, differentiation and angiogenesis. In this study, we initially demonstrated that translocation variant 5 (ETV5) is abnormally upregulated colorectal cancer (CRC), positively correlated with CRC size, lymphatic metastasis node (TNM) stage indicates shorter survival disease-free patients. vitro vivo experiments revealed the downregulation of ETV5 could significantly suppress proliferation. Moreover, overexpression stimulate...

Nucleotide supply is essential for DNA replication in proliferating cells, including cancer cells. Ribose-phosphate diphosphokinase 1 (PRPS1) a key enzyme to produce the consensus precursor of nucleotide synthesis. PRPS1 participates pentose phosphate pathway (PPP) by catalyzing phosphoribosylation D-ribose 5-phosphate (R-5P) 5-phosphoribosyl-1-pyrophosphate. Therefore, not only controls purine biosynthesis and supplies precursors RNA but also regulates PPP through feedback loop substrate...

Abstract Background Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a leading and major cause of death. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), an abundant component in gut microbiome, involved CRC progression metastasis, potentially through regulating the miRNA composition CRC-derived exosomes. In this study, we aimed to identify species exosome which regulates after LPS stimulation. Results Firstly, discovered shift profile Among differentially expressed miRNAs, identified miR-200c-3p as potential key regulator metastasis....

Here, the discussion focused on function and possible mechanism of cancer stem cell-like cells (CSCs)-derived exosomal CDKN2B-AS1 in thyroid cancer.Specifically, bioinformatics analysis, dual-luciferase reporter assay RT-qPCR were conducted to obtain expression regulation CDKN2B-AS1, downstream miR-122-5p/P4HA1 axis. Exosomes identified by transmission electron microscopy. The uptake exosome recipient was observed PKH67 labeling. Functional experiments western blot adopted detect effects...

However, some of these remained unclear conflicting results been reported. Methods From The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), we obtained RNA sequencing data gene mutation on 323 283 patients, respectively. Differential analysis was firstly done expression LCC RCC, separately. Abstract Background In most previous studies, single-incision laparoscopic surgery (SILS) for colorectal cancer (CRC) was feasible and safe in the short term. However, long-term oncologic outcomes remain uncertain, as only a few studies contained survival data. SILS CRC is still early stages of research. Further particularly large-scale, prospective randomized controlled trials, are necessary to assess value CRC. Methods This study prospective, multicentre, open-label, noninferiority,...
