Constitutively active estrogen receptor α (ER/ESR1) mutations have been identified in approximately one-third of ER+ metastatic breast cancers. Although these are known as mediators endocrine resistance, their potential role promoting disease has not yet mechanistically addressed. In this study, we show the presence ESR1 exclusively distant but local recurrences five independent cancer cohorts. concordance with transcriptomic profiling ESR1-mutant tumors, genome-edited Y537S and D538G-mutant...

Abstract Estrogen receptor alpha (ER/ ESR1 ) is frequently mutated in endocrine resistant ER-positive (ER+) breast cancer and linked to ligand-independent growth metastasis. Despite the distinct clinical features of mutations, their role intrinsic subtype switching remains largely unknown. Here we find that mutant cells samples show a significant enrichment basal markers, six cytokeratins (BCKs) are most enriched genes. Induction BCKs independent ER binding instead associated with chromatin...

Background: The APOBEC (apolipoprotein B mRNA editing enzyme, catalytic polypeptide-like) family-mediated mutagenesis is widespread in human cancers. However, our knowledge of the biological feature and clinical relevance APOBECs cancers remains limited. Methods: In this study, with a series bioinformatic statistical approaches, we performed comprehensive analysis multiple levels data, including whole-exome sequencing (WES) targeted next-generation (NGS), transcriptome (bulk RNA-seq...

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the malignant lethal tumors. It has been reported that transcriptional regulator Yin Yang-1 (YY1) suppressed invasion and metastasis PDAC. However, function YY1 on proliferation migration pancreatic cancer remains to be clarified. In this study, we found overexpression or knockdown can inhibit promote cells. Digital gene expression sequencing indicates cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 3 (CDKN3) may candidate target YY1. Then downregulate...

The metastasis of breast cancer (BC) is a complex multi-step pathological process, strictly dependent on the intrinsic characteristics BC cells and promoted by predisposing microenvironment. Although immunotherapy has made important progress in BC, heterogeneity PD-L1 tumor associated macrophages (TAMs) underlying mechanisms development are still not completely elucidated. Small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) represent essential interaction mediators between TAMs. It worth noting to explore...
