摘要： 【摘要】 目的 基于德尔菲法构建《中国慢性诱导性荨麻疹诊治专家共识（2023）》，并为共识的构建提供方法学依据。方法 充分检索并评估慢性诱导性荨麻疹研究相关的文献，撰写《中国慢性诱导性荨麻疹诊治专家共识（2023）》初稿，并设计专家咨询问卷。选取有代表性的25位专家，严格按照德尔菲法的研究方法，以电子问卷的形式进行两轮专家问卷函询，并对共识稿件内容进行修改完善。结果 两轮问卷收回率均为100%，专家权威系数为0.92 ± 0.09。第1轮问卷结果中有9个条目变异系数（CV值）＞20%，3个条目的认可度平均值＜7分；第2轮问卷结果中所有条目的CV值均＜15%，原有认可度平均值＜7分的3个条目认可度均升至7分以上，且所有条目的中位数均 ≥ 8分。两轮问卷结果的信度分析显示，Cronbach α系数和标准化Cronbach α系数均 > 0.9；两轮问卷结果的一致性Kendall协调系数检验结果均P < 0.001，第1轮问卷结果的Kendall协调系数为0.170，第2轮为0.219。结论...
