We have searched for $CP$ violation in the charmed meson decays ${D}_{(s)}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}_{S}^{0}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$ and ${D}_{(s)}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}_{S}^{0}{K}^{+}$ using $673\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ of data collected with Belle detector at KEKB asymmetric-energy ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider. No evidence is observed. report most sensitive asymmetry measurements to date these decays:...

The cross sections for the reactions $e^+e^- \to \phi\eta, \quad \phi\eta', \rho\eta, \rho\eta'$ have been measured using a data sample of 516 fb$^{-1}$ collected with Belle detector at KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^+e^-$ collider. corresponding values are: $1.4 \pm 0.4 0.1$ fb $(\phi\eta)$, $5.3 1.1 0.4$ $(\phi\eta')$, $3.1 0.5 $(\rho\eta)$ and $3.3 0.6 0.2$ $(\rho\eta')$. energy dependence is presented measurements together those CLEO BaBar.

We present results of a detailed study the three-body B¯0→Σc(2455)0p¯π+ decay. A significant enhancement signal events is observed in p¯π+ invariant mass distribution near 1.5GeV/c2 that consistent with presence an intermediate baryonic resonance N¯0, where N¯0 N¯(1440)0P11 or N¯(1535)0S11 state, admixture two states. measure product B(B¯0→Σc(2455)0N¯0)×B(N¯0→p¯π+)=(0.80±0.15(stat.)±0.14(syst.)±0.21)×10−4, last error due to uncertainty B(Λc+→pK−π+). The significance 6.1 standard deviations....

When monitoring a reactor site for nuclear nonproliferation purposes, the presence of an unknown or hidden could be obscured by activities known much greater power nearby. Thus when observation antineutrino emissions, one must discriminate background fluxes from possible signals under investigation. To quantify this discrimination, we find confidence to reject (null) hypothesis single proximal reactor, exploiting directional in second, reactor. In particular, simulate inverse beta decay...

Future long baseline neutrino experiments such as the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) pose challenges for development of readout techniques multi-kiloton LAr Time Projection Chambers (TPCs). In contrast to wire/strip anode readout, a pixelated eliminates disadvantages disambiguation in 2D track reconstruction. The Q-Pix Consortium, established 2019, is developing technique TPCs based on charge-integrate/reset (CIR) circuits. CIR blocks generate sequence reset pulses with time...
