Data on the frequency of gyrA and gyrB mutations in fluoroquinolone-resistant isolates Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) abscessus (MABC) are limited. In our analysis, we did not find any resistance-associated or 105 MAC MABC clinical isolates, including 72 moxifloxacin-resistant isolates. We evaluated the efficacy of intermittent azithromycin and ethambutol therapy for noncavitary Mycobacterium avium complex pulmonary disease (MAC-PD).
