We study the generic nature of simplicity, non-affinity and polynomial completeness finite n -quasigroups. It is shown that for fixed almost all -quasigroups are strongly non-affine, i.e., not isotopic to affine Exact number simple, simultaneously simple order 4 established. As a corollary, it proven polynomially complete non-affine.

Analysis of regulatory networks is a powerful framework for identification and quantification intracellular interactions. We introduce miRGTF-net, novel tool construction miRNA-gene-TF networks. consider multiple transcriptional post-transcriptional interaction types, including regulation gene miRNA expression by transcription factors, silencing miRNAs, co-expression host genes with their intronic miRNAs. The underlying algorithm uses information on experimentally validated interactions as...

Abstract Background The pattern-forming bacterium Paenibacillus vortex is notable for its advanced social behavior, which reflected in development of colonies with highly intricate architectures. Prior to this study, only two other species ( sp. JDR-2 and larvae ) have been sequenced. However, no genomic data available on the complex motility. Here we report de novo genome sequence Gram-positive, soil-dwelling, sporulating bacterium. Results complete P. was sequenced by a hybrid approach...

Abstract MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a family of short noncoding RNAs that posttranscriptionally regulate gene expression and play an important role in multiple cellular processes. A significant percentage miRNAs intragenic, which is often functionally related to their host genes playing either antagonistic or synergistic roles. In this study, we constructed analyzed the entire network intergenic interactions induced by intragenic miRNAs. We further focused on core network, was defined as union...
