本文报道1例发生于中国成年女性会厌的Burkitt淋巴瘤(Burkitt lymphoma)。患者女,50岁,因“咽部异物感2个月,进行性加重1个月,伴呼吸、吞咽、张口困难”就诊。喉镜下活检病理证实为Burkitt淋巴瘤。患者先采用R-CHOP方案化疗(利妥昔单抗+环磷酰胺+吡柔比星+长春地辛+泼尼松),之后根据病理结果调整为R-EPOCH方案(利妥昔单抗+依托泊苷+泼尼松+长春地辛+环磷酰胺+吡柔比星)联合腰穿鞘内注射(阿糖胞苷+地塞米松)。第三次化疗后患者完全缓解,复查喉镜显示,会厌黏膜光滑,解剖结构完整。患者长期疗效有待进一步随访。.
