We report the results of a search for ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}$ disappearance by Main Injector Neutrino Oscillation Search [D. G. Michael et al. (MINOS), Phys. Rev. The velocity of a ∼3 GeV neutrino beam is measured by comparing detection times at the near and far detectors MINOS experiment, separated 734 km. A total 473 detector events was used to measure (v−c)/c=5.1±2.9×10−5 (at 68% C.L.).
